Who Am I
I am Vinod K. Pandita, and I am a Business Growth & Profitability Specialist, Business Transformation Coach and Leadership Mentor.
I am an entrepreneur by heart. I started my entrepreneurial journey in 1997 after giving a brief stint of only 4 years after my graduation from 1993-1997 to the corporate sector with two leading manufacturing brands and one multinational SME in India. I set up two proprietary companies in 1997 and 2006 in the names of Interface Technology Consultants and Perception Business Consulting Solutions respectively and did a significant work for 13+years till 2010.
I finally founded Perception Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd in 2010 as a privately held management auditing, consulting and training firm under Companies Act with a new vision of becoming a transnational company and become one of the leading global brands in mainstream management consulting space.
As a company, we delivered 700+ engagements with corporates, government institutions and multi-industry MSMEs put together from 1997-2020 in India, Middle East and African Regions and still counting.
I added another revenue stream of physical and virtual business coaching engagements in 2017 which is now a successful service model impacting MSMEs with a mission of creating a powerful community of 100,000 entrepreneurs doing turnover below Rs.100CR turning into Chief Enterprise Officers across industry segments and impact their business growth and profitability to become leaders in their niche and business category.
Driven by passion, I am serving society with a mission to transform individuals to become great managers and extraordinary leaders to lead their personal, professional, social and spiritual lives at the same time. I am a passionate social worker involved with few social and spiritual organisations striving to give back to society in my own way.

- I strongly believe if any business owner and his team give highest priority to their chosen market and target customer and nurture, enhance and build a positive perception of customers about their products and services, that business is bound to exponentially grow and make sustainable profits.
- Business owner should be emotionally intelligent and should take well-balanced and quality decisions towards his business growth, career growth of his leadership team and all other employees and maximum return on investment for all stakeholders.
- For me, customer perception is everything and we work with our clients and always stay conscious of improving their perception about our engagements and the business results we help them achieve.
